Service First PEO was established by Roger Whobrey, Owner, in 2012. Roger has been in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry (commonly known as Employee Leasing) since 2005 where he gained first hand knowledge of what should be provided by a PEO or Payroll company. He started out in the Risk Management Department of a large PEO company where he covered all aspects of workers compensation, conducted corporate safety inspections and assisted in claims investigations. This then led him to taking on a sales and marketing position with the company where he was able to reach out to clients and assist them with their payroll needs. Unfortunately, there were several instances where the company he worked for could only provide so much or was often unable to provide for the client at all, this is when Roger decided it was time to find a way to meet the needs of his clients. His first goal was to establish a company that would offer a multitude of options that would not only meet their needs but exceed their expectations. To do so he devised a way to cater to both the small business and larger corporation industries. Service First PEO is a PEO consulting firm that has established itself with select PEO and Payroll companies that will handle all aspects of your payroll needs: Workers’ Compensation, Payroll, Tax Filings, Human Resource and much more. In doing so, this has enabled Service First PEO to offer our potentials clients both a distinct opportunity and a relationship not available from most PEO agents. Our goal is to work for you, the business owner, allowing you more time to promote, build and generate revenue for your established business.
